Primera Etapa Release Command: Huelga del águila / Eagle Strike
Primera Etapa Appearance: The users left hand transforms into the hidden piece of their broken mask on their left hand, and their katana forms itself into a large long bow.
Primera Etapa Powers: This form allows the user to fire arrows made from a similar power to a cero. The sting of the bow is made of the users reiatsu and allows for them to fire off at high reaction speeds as their base attack classified as Estruendo.
Primera Etapa Abilities:

Name: Gran Arrow
Type: Offensive/Estruendo
Rank: Master
Range: Gran Arrow can travel up to 100 meters from the position is was fired, or it makes any sort of contact with an object.
Duration: one attack
Cooldown: 11 posts
Description: Gran arrow activates when the user pulls their reiatsu bow string back as far as possible and charges up a large cero based arrow. Once made big enough, 4ft long and 1ft in width (120cm long, 30cm wide), the user fires off this technique and it travels at 20 meters per second. The user has no control of this arrow once fired, other than it would travel in the same one direction it was fired in. When contact is made, it causes a large explosion that can cause extremely high damage to an opponent without a Hierro of Expert rank or above. Those without one can face even worse damage than someone who can, and could potentially kill someone of a lower rank than Adept in defensive magic. Damage may include significant third degree burns, shattered bones if near the explosion or dismemberment if contact is made directly.

(Unused techs left: 1 Expert, 1 Adept, 3 Intermediate, Incomplete Segunda Etapa, 1 Segunda Etapa technique)
Note: I am going by the freebies guide. If there is something about what is left I do not know about, please let me know. Thank you. :)

As Primera Etapa are release powers that are active constantly without CD you'll need to give more details about the arrows you fire. Speed, size, damage. They'd be treated as a basic attack since they arne't a technique so what metric are they gauged off, Estruendo?

Both Cero and Grand Ray Cero are techniques that already exist as part of the Estruendo guide. Please use them. They do not count as release techniques you'll need to make something different for those release abilities.

A master rank technique would be at least 10 posts CD.
"30 meters per second" That a bit too fast dear.

"When contact is made, it causes a large explosion that can cause extremely high damage to an opponent without a Hierro of Expert rank or above. Those without one can face even worse damage than someone who can, and could potentially kill someone of a lower rank than Adept."

You speak of damage but don't put it in any quantifiable terms. The attack can still be blocked by anything that blocks master rank moves, not just expert rank hierro users. "Could potentially kill someone of a lower rank than adept" A lower rank in what, exactly?

Gran Ray Arrow Approved
1/2

20 seconds per meter is a little better haha.
20 meters per second in 100 meters is 5 seconds.
So that's fine.

If it was 30 meters per second, thats 3.5 seconds in 100 meters. If your enemy is 50 meters away....then.....damn....lmao

Edited it.

Sorry I'm still not adjusted to the sites tech mechanics. I'm still hung on person ranked positions, so I apologize for any and all confusions. x.x
