Premiere etape:

Primera Etapa Release Command: Come on, Have a little Laugh HAHAHAHHA
Primera Etapa Appearance:  Osada turns into a demonic Jester, With black, red and white bones, coming out of him like clothes and a bone jester hat with bone bells that dont make any ringing, but make a soun of laughter. His face and hands become completly covered in a bone face and bone hand convering, the face can not change emotion, its always in a big smile. He is the same height as his normal form , except he slims out a lot becoming lanky and boney. His teeth grow to 4 inches longan grows bone nails hat are 4 inches long each.
Primera Etapa Powers: Osada is able to cause deep lacerations with his nails and is able to use arte de espada moves with them. He also becomes very fast in this form increasing his speed by one tier while in tis form.

Description: Convocacion del Zanpakuto is a technique where the Arrancar summons their Zanpakutō if they have lost their grip upon it. The Arrancar merely extends their arm towards the direction of their Zanpakutō, speaking aloud it's name and ordering it to return. The Zanpakutō, unless being physically held back by an enemy, will then rocket towards the Arrancar, landing in their hand by the hilt.

Description: Brinco is a basic movement technique. It allows the Arrancar to kick off the ground with much more force than normal, allowing them to leap many metres into the air. They do this by flooding their legs with Reiryoku and then firing it into the ground as they kick off. This allows the Arrancar to get airborne rapidly, as well as to approach an enemy with speed.

Description: Garganta is a technique designed to allow the user to travel in-between Hueco Mundo and the World of the Living by opening an inter-dimensional rift. To perform it, the Arrancar merely has to raise their hand before them, hooking their fingers like they are latching onto the fabric of the universe itself, and then tear down. This will open a small black rift in the air which the Arrancar can then walk through to reach their intended destination. Only Arrancar can travel through this version of the Senkaimon, as it has not been calibrated for non-Arrancar souls. There are, however, versions of the Garganta designed for other species to travel through. This technique cannot be used in combat.

Description: Choque is a basic rank strike, used by practitioners of Combate. Description: Patada Veloz is a basic strike that combines Combate with Sonido. As such, it requires novice rank in both Combate and Sonido to learn. Patada Veloz launches a Sonido aided kick. The user will raise their leg, and then, by applying the principles of Sonido to it, fire the leg in a sudden burst of speed and force. It has the ability to send the target flying on impact, as well as causing micro fractures to the affected area.

Description: Golpe Veloz is a basic technique used by practitioners of Arte de la Espada. It combines the principles of swordsmanship with the ways of Sonido to launch the user's blade in a rapid fire swing. Because of this, the Arrancar must also be Novice rank in Sonido. To perform Golpe Veloz, the Arrancar raises his blade, holding it out horizontally to one side. They then fire their arm using a burst of Reiryoku, in a similar way to how Sonido works. This increases the speed of the swing dramatically, making it harder to block. It does not, however, make it move at a speed where the opponent cannot perceive it, regardless of the rank of the user's movement or perception.

Description: Hierro Incompleto is the most basic of all Hierro techniques. The Arrancar coats the surface of their skin in a thickly packed layer of Reiryoku, increasing their physical resistance. The user can coat any section of their body they desire with this technique, covering roughly an arms worth of skin. Hierro Incompleto can block all basic attacks, and techniques up to Amateur rank. Novice rank techniques will not be completely prevented, but their effectiveness will be reduced dramatically. For example, a Novice rank sword technique will cut an inch or so into the skin.

Description: Trapos is a fundamental perception technique designed to help a spiritually active person see energy beyond what they can passively feel. To perform it, all the Arrancar has to do is close their eyes and focus for a few seconds. Once they reopen their eyes, they will be surrounded by thousands of small strands, known as spirit ribbons. Average human beings with little to no Reiryoku have white ribbons. Shinigami have red ribbons. Quincy and Fullbringers have green ribbons, while hollows have blue ribbons. all these ribbons lead back to the person the Reiryoku originates from, allowing the individual to follow it to it's source.

Apprentice:
Name: Pesquisa
Type: Supplementary|Pesquisa
Rank: Intermediate
Range: Ten Kilometres
Duration: Instant
Cooldown: 5 posts
Description: Pesquisa is an advanced perception technique designed to detect individuals with spiritually active levels of Reiryoku. The individual shuts their eyes, releasing a pulse of Reiryoku that pings back in a similar fashion to sonar. It only replies to individuals with enough Reiryoku to see spirits, eliminating the issue Trapos has with being flooded with many irrelevant ribbons. These Reiryoku sources are seen as flames, with the flame being larger the more Reiryoku the target has.

Name: Mazo
Type: Offensive|Arte de la Espada

Range: Up to 7 metres

Description: Sonido Imperfecto is an incredibly basic variation of Sonido, and is the first form a Sonido user must learn. The Arrancar will consolidate Reiryoku in their legs, and then kick off using it, allowing them to move a short distance so quickly that to the untrained eye, it appears as if they have "blinked" a short distance. As this is an incomplete Sonido, even the untrained spiritually advanced person can follow the movement to a degree, but it will appear to these individuals as though you are blinking a few inches forward in rapid succession rather than one sleek movement. This technique can be followed by someone with a perception of at least 2 tiers lower than the technique, or 2 tiers of movement lower, allowing them to effectively guard against an assault delivered combined with the Technique. This technique, while it appears as though they are teleporting, is simply an incredibly rapid straight line movement, and as such they cannot move through physical objects, nor does it give them immunity to damage. So, if there is a wall of fire between the individual and their destination, it will still burn them as they go through.

Eludir uses the principles of Sonido, and as such requires that the user is at least Intermediate rank in it. The practitioner will draw their blade, lunging at the intended target at pace. They when then drag the blade across their intended target's abdomen in a powerful strike that can cleave them cleanly in two, leaving them bi-sectioned.

Expert:
Name: Arco Cortante de Luz
Type: Offensive|Arte de la Espada
Rank: Expert
Range: The user's blade + 15 metres from the tip of the blade

Description: Velocidad Letal is a high ranked strike, used by masters of Combate. It combines Sonido with Combate, and as such requires that the user is Advanced rank with Sonido as well. Velocidad Letal is a rapid barrage of incredibly fast punches, delivered with both arms. Each blow is augmented with Reiryoku to increase it's destructive force, and uses the principles of Sonido to increase the speed that each blow is delivered. It has the force to reduce an unprotected individual to a pile of mush.

Alright So the basic spells are approved however lets look over your primera
The plus one to speed translates to plus one to movement. Also using your claws as swords is also fine. Lets go over the techniques.
Jesters Laughing Dance~ Denied. This is clearly combining movement and sword. And its at grand-master level. Your plus one to speed does not give you a plus one in sword. And considering that your speed is only a plus 4 normally. the max speed move you can have is at a 5 tier. and the max sword move you can have is at an 8 tier. if you make a combination technique involving fast movement and sword play then because of you movement being a 5 tier the move must be a five tier.

Deaths Grinning Reaper~ I suggest just adding this to your passive ability as an addition to your claws. Also you don't need to define the damage. Our damage tier system does that based on who your fighting and what they are capable of.

Insane Finger Boom Party popper~ This is obviously offensive magic. Meaning your asking for it at an 8 tier and you only know 4 tier.

Jack the Jester ~Same thing again. This is obviously defensive magic. your again asking for it at an 8 tier and you only have a 4 tier. Also the spell can not block any attack. We have a tier system for that.

Take it off your technique list and an put that you have a scythe as a passive with your claws. If you want to boomerang it then mark that as one of your techniques.
As for the other three they need to be moved off of master as they are offensive and defensive spells or movement included. And you have nothing higher then a 4 in any of those.
