Shikai Powers:

He can control the yoyo's movement at will. It is at max strength when he uses his hands, but he can also control it without using his hands but it has a weaker effect. Also one of the yoyo's or "Gemi" controls Hot Air and can be used in multiple way from burning enemies to propelling himself. The other or "Mini" Controls Cool air which can be used in multiple ways from creating mirages to freezing an enemy. Together they can create gusts of wind and create different types of weather. Dont take these yoyos lightly. Just because they look like a toy doesnt mean they fight like one. These yoyos can still pack a punch and cause lacerations due to how fast they spin and can cause broken bones if it hit an opponent directly.

You'll need to specify the maximum range these Yoyo can reach since they're a long range projectile. Also, they're yoyos, yoyos have thin strings. What is this releases string made out of? if you dont specify someones going to severe it on you.

Description: Kyo uses Gemi and Mini to release hot and cold air in the area. This, after 1 post of accumulating, can create the area into a dark cloud like area. This has enough condensation and friction in side of the cloud to make a rain cloud and even a thunder cloud. Kyo can send his Shikai into the cloud and mixing it with Tsuzuri Raiden can create a thunderstorm that releases lightning down on the enemies. With each post this continues two bolts of lighting will be released on the enemy.

So, to let this straight; you create a rain cloud, and then by using a completely separate technique on it, turn it into a lightning attack? No.

Name: Mirage Tempo (蜃気楼(ミラージュ)テンポ Mirāju Tenpo?)

Description: Kyo uses Mini in a dry and hot environment to change the air density and create a mirage of himself. The extreme difference in temperature causes major light refraction, allowing Kyo to disappear and create an illusionary copy of himself. If used on himself and not on the surrounding area. It can make him become invisible. creates multiple images of Nami using reflections and refractions within the air. The images that are created consist of a long and tall skinny version, a short kid version, a fat version, a big, muscular version, and a normal version of Kyo. Only one of these images is real, however, it is not necessarily the normal looking one. Each of these images is capable of moving in unison with the real Kyo due to their reflective nature. Any attack Kyo produces while surrounded by these images will also be replicated, creating a barrage of projectiles. Although only 20% of the attacks are real, so this tactic confuses even fast opponents into getting hit.

If Kyo gets some form of DNA from an enemy or target he can use this technique to create a mirage that shows the deeper fears of the opponent.

lower the duration to 2 posts, increase the cooldown to 6, specify the cooldown starts after the mirages expire. Also, no showing the enemy their fears if you get some of their DNA, that's mind reading, not within your powers. Also, change the type, it should be "Supplementary|Bakudo" as your release is kido based and this isn't offensive.

Name: Jet Propulsion (ジェット推進 Jetto suishin)
Type: Supplementary/Offensive
Rank: Expert
Range: 0-20m.

Description: Kyo uses Gemi's hot air to cause the yoyo to bolt like a bullet. If Kyo is holding the yoyo in his hands he can gain a 50% speed increase and can bolt around the enemy. However if it is not in his hand the yoyo will begin to bolt around the enemy and strike like being shot like a bullet. This can cause broken bones to possible disembodiment depending on how the opponent is hit. Also since there is hot air being used if the enemy is hit at all not matter what the defense. It can cause at least 3rd degree burns due to the high friction and heat created from the yoyo.

3rd degree burns even if it doesn't hit? No. Other than that, increase the cooldown to 7 posts. Also, change the type, it should be "Supplementary|Hado" as your release is kido based and this is offensive. Which gives you the issue of, your hado isn't expert rank.

Rank: Advanced
Range: 0-20m.

Description: Kyo uses Mini's cool air to cause the yoyo to a frosty typed wind. If Kyo is holding the yoyo in his hands he can create a gust of frosty winds. However if it is not in his hand the yoyo will release the wind in any direction that the face of the yoyo is facing which Kyo can control. This can cause hypothermia/slowing down an enemy by 30% to possible frozen limbs. Also if there is water in the area, Kyo can create ice where the water is. So if he creates a rain storm with Storm Tempo and this technique, Kyo can creat a Storm of raining Ice down on the enemy. If the enemy is hit with this technique then the ice has the strength to cut right down the the bone.

change the type, it should be "Supplementary|Hado" as your release is kido based and this is offensive. Which gives you the issue of, your hado isn't expert rank. Cooldown needs to be 8 posts. 30% slowdown + frozen limbs is far too icy for a non-ice release.

Bankai Powers: The abilities stay the same as in the shikai except they receive a grand power boost. With just the Bankai released, Kyo gains a 50% speed boost (Incomplete-25%). Also under this ability there is an increase in strength which gives all wind based techniques a +2 Rank boost (Incomplete- +1 Rank).

First of all, talking in percentages when its gauged in tiers is weird. But a 50%, or even 25% speed boost is -WAY TOO MUCH- that means at Adept rank you're moving at master rank. No. A one tier movement speed boost? Sure.

Name: Dance of the Wind God (風神の舞 Fuujin no Mai)
Type: Offensive
Rank: Master
Range: Around the target +5m diameter
Duration: 2 post (1 to trap then to attack)
Cooldown: 5 posts
Description: Kyo with increased speed rushed around the target creating a mini tornado around the target. This tornado is inescapable unless a technique that is higher than this techniques current rank is used on it. With the winds that surround the enemy, Kyo then in a quick motion strikes the target from multiple directions by entering the tornado and exiting the eye of the tornado. This creates a barrage of attacks that creates injuries that range from lacerations to dismemberment of the body.

Again, the type issue. Cooldown should be 10 posts, starting once the duration ends.
